Sapodilla Estate is a culinary paradise with a rich history. Sapodilla was once Ms. Elaine Pinder's private residence. Once Ms. Pinder decided she wanted to turn her home into a restaurant. Together, CEO & Founder Ms. Pinder & Architect, Ethlyn Lundy designed an unassuming hidden oasis off of Nassau’s main road that allows guests to escape from the stresses of daily life. The estate is inspired by grand European influence and harmoniously blends tropical charm with modern elegance. Together, Sapodilla Fine Dining & Executive Chef Noel St. Claude offers a fusion of elevated Bahamian & European Fine Dining cuisine and experience. Surrounded by lush gardens, guests can enjoy an evening of exquisite dishes, a wide selection of premium wine & excellent service.
